Is virtual team building is possible? It is has been more than a year, and our regular meeting is virtual. However, team building is the most difficult to do it online. In the Elite Toastmasters Club, nothing is stopping us
from having an online team building.
The Virtual Team Building was a great success. The participate members enjoy the virtual team building. Congratulations on Team 4 for being the champion. Team 4 consists of the following members (Hasnul, Charlene, Icelone, Vanns and Gim Liong).

In Summary, Virtual Team Building is feasible, and there are few hiccups during the event. But that does not mean virtual team building is not possible. Let’s give Toastmaster KJ Lee, PI5, the chairman, big applause for this successful event. He has genuinely inspired all the members to display and learn to be better leaders.
